Mind Dippers

 

“Mind Dippers” are a group of people who meet regularly to Dip (safely) in the North Sea! They belong to the Mind & Sole family; a charity based in Alnwick focused on improving the mental health and general wellbeing of the people in that area - Dipping in the sea is just one of the activities and services that Mind & Sole offer and so 20% of the purchase price from every Mind & Sole item sold will be donated to Mind & Sole to help them in their life-changing work.
